Zoom - To attend, you must register in advance here. The Plano ISD and TONI&GUY Cosmetology Program is a two-year program open to incoming juniors located at the TONI&GUY Hairdressing Academy. Students selected by lottery will enroll in 11th grade to begin 1,000 clock hours of theory, technical instruction, and practical operations working toward the goal of earning a Texas Cosmetology License as a graduating senior.
